The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14- Winners will be chosen at random by website Wheel of Names from all entries received and verified by Red Mountain Buggy Tours.

15- The winner will be announced on social media and contacted by email DM on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok 5 days after the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by the Red Mountain Buggy Tours. Driving rules and regulations

Red Mountain Buggy Tours Driving Rules and regulations as accepted by the customer at time of booking.

1- The Customer declares that he/she has not consumed alcohol or drugs before driving the tour. An alcohol test is available and at the discretion of Red Mountain Buggy Tours. The result given must not exceed limit as stated by the European blood alcohol content (BAC) country Spain found at European Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) . No alcohol or drugs can be consumed during the duration of the tour.

2- The Client confirms that he/she has a full valid car driving licence and is not permitted to drive a buggy on the tour without presenting said licence at the driver’s briefing.

3- The Client agrees and understands that he/she must be present to participate in the driver safety briefing, driving rules and regulations must always be followed during the tour, failure to follow the rules and regulations will result in termination of the tour with no refund.

4- The Client agrees and understands that no dangerous driving is accepted on roads or trails. Dangerous driving includes Racing, drifting, overtaking, speeding, and swerving. Dangerous driving and failure to comply with the driving rules set will result in termination of the tour with no refund.

5- The Client agrees and understands that he/she is fully and solely responsible for any damage caused to themselves or any third party whilst driving the buggy and agrees to hold harmless Red Mountain Buggy Tours against any and all claims of damage caused to themselves or third party during their possession of the vehicle.

6- The Client agrees and understands that any and all damage to a Red Mountain Buggy Tours vehicle caused during the possession of the vehicle by the Customer will be charged directly to the Customer. Further to this, in the event that a buggy needs to be recovered by a third party, a 200€ recovery charge will be due for immediate payment by the Customer.

7- The Client fully accepts and understands the rules and regulations set by Red Mountain Buggy Tours. The Client accepts full responsibility and will comply with these rules. Red Mountain Buggy Tours shall not be liable for any injury or loss of any kind that I may suffer during the tour.

8- The Client agrees to provide full driving licence details and sign a participation form prior to taking part in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a buggy tour with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be refunded the deposit of 25€ paid online. Tour Agents If you cancel your appointment with less than (24 hour s) notice, you will recieve a 25€ surcharge per buggy reserved.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you can check and modify your reservations on the appointments page.
